How to Have a Courageous Conversation
Updated in Preparation for Postponed General Conference 2020
Whether church-wide or interpersonal, we all find ourselves having to have difficult conversations. This resource aims to help us engage these conflicts in helpful, Christian ways that will move us beyond an impasse or give us the courage to manage a conversation we’d rather avoid. For laity and clergy, this booklet helps set the stage for the many other Courageous Conversation resources that can be found online to help churches engage in conversations whether about the color of the carpet or a thorny social issue.
